What if I cannot pay with Bitcoin (BTC)?

If you cannot pay with bitcoin on your checkout click on: “Place your order – If you can’t pay with bitcoin click here” You will receive other payment instruction via Email.

How quickly my payment will arrive?

We receive BTC payments instantly. Bank transfers to the account are typically received within 72 hours (with most payments processed within 24 hours). Once the payment is confirmed, we initiate the processing of your order. You can track the status of your order on your Driada profile at any time.

Reship Policy

Please review the following information carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Reship Policy terms. ✔ If you have not received your package and we have not received it back, after 40 business days we will reship your package once for free, at no cost to you. ✔ If the reshipped order does not arrive for the second time, we will not reship it for the third time for free, nor provide a refund. Our orders are sent out with the understanding that the customer agrees to assume any associated risks. ✔ If your order has been seized, you must send us the seizure letter via email or Telegram @mutantmuscles. Once we have verified it, we will reship your order once for free. Please note that all situations related to reshipping are handled on an individual basis. When will I NOT receive a package if something goes wrong? If the package is returned to the sender due to the unavailability of the receiver, we will not reship or refund the order. Once again, all situations related to reshipping are addressed individually. Parcel is seized/damaged

If your order has been seized, you need to send us the seizure letter via email. Once we have reviewed it, we will reship your order once for free! To resolve this issue, please contact us at info@mutant-muscles.com or reach out to us on Telegram @mutantmuscles. We are here to help you with your problem.

Can I change an address?

Be careful when you enter the address and the rest of the data to send. Do not write non-existent addresses, otherwise the link will not be able to reach you.
If you made a mistake, then you can change the address only before the status of your order is “Pickup by courier”. In this case, contact us immediately by E-mail: info@mutant-muscles.com

Do you provide tracking number?

Yes, we will send you the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

Will the parcel pass through customs?

If the address is located inside the EU, the parcel will not pass-through customs control because the shipment is carried out from the EU.

Do you guarantee that I will receive the parcel?

We try to reduce the possible risks for our customers associated with delivery, so we ship orders in discrete packaging to some countries with enhanced post office control.
If you haven’t received your package and we have not received the package back, and it has been 40 business days – we will reship your package at no cost to you only one time for free.

How long will it takes to receive my order?

How can I cancel my order?

We can cancel an order and return your payment before your package is sent out. Please contact us in Telegram @mutantmuscles or write an email to us.

When my order will be processed?

Normally the payment by the bank transfer takes to 3 business days.
After the payment will be successful, your order will be collected and shipped, and after that you`ll receive the tracking number.
When the payment will be accepted your order status changes to “Packaging”
You can check your order status on your Mutant-Muscles profile at any time as well.

What is the minimum amount for each order?

We dont have the minimum orders amount.

How does the ordering process work?

Chose any product in the shop-> Add it to your cart-> Go to checkout and fill all order details-> Confirm your order

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
